Announcing a New Offering: Online Conscious Cannabis Circles

My first online circle last month was a success! So I’m bringing it back for September. The benefit of doing it this way is to make this deep healing work more accessible for all. If you missed it, or want to come back, the next one will be Sat, September, 25th from 1-5:30pm.

About the Event

Conscious Cannabis is a mindfulness practice of journeying with intentional mindset and setting for healing, transformation and growth. We’ll begin with setting sacred space, followed by a progressive relaxation and healing meditation with music. Afterwards we’ll close our circle with light conversation and grounding.

What you may experience:

  • deep relaxation and connection with your body
  • support healing from stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD
  • finding creativity, vision and purpose in life
  • growth and transformation
  • consciousness exploration and expansion

Bring your own cannabis*, mat, pillows, journal, cards, sacred objects.

This will be online and hosted through Zoom. You will be able to participate from your home, wherever there is strong WiFi.
