Join me this Monday night, streaming live on Youtube with a 60 minute soundbath/meditation. You can RSVP here. Bring any sacred objects, headphones or speakers, oracle cards, an eye covering and anything else to create a sacred space at home where you can relax to healing sounds.
Full Moon Breathwork & Soundbath (online)
On Wednesday night July 13th for the full moon, I am so excited to be joining Nicole Bush @loveworkwellness for a Full Moon Breathwork & Soundbath experience.
