Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP is how we use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. NLP is the study of how we communicate to ourselves and others, and how our communication creates and affects our behaviors. It involves how we process information through our five senses and then run programs which produce our behaviors.
Integrated Time Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy is a process that helps the client release negative emotions, eliminate limiting decisions and create a positive future through working with events along the client’s time line. Integrated Time Line Therapy techniques have successfully demonstrated results in a wide variety of presenting problems, and allow for long-lasting changes in a very rapid way.

The Personal Breakthrough Day
We start with an intro session to build the foundation and set the intention for your Personal Breakthrough Day. The Breakthrough session is usually experienced in one day in a 3-5 hour intensive session. It can be used as an adjunct to hypnotherapy in a way that could be considered a personal “deep dive” day. 1-2 a year may be sufficient. Any following sessions would be used as integration sessions to help you reinforce the changes you are making.
